Psycho-Educational Assessments

We provide in-depth, individualized assessments to help families and schools better understand a child’s cognitive, academic, and behavioural profile. Each assessment is carried out through a combination of parent and teacher interviews, standardized rating scales, and direct clinical testing at the Learning Strategies Centre. The purpose of this process is to explore:

  • Intellectual functioning (IQ)
  • Current academic achievement
  • Executive functioning (e.g., attention, working memory, self-regulation)
  • Any other specific challenges that may arise during the assessment process
