Ngan strongly believes in the power of compassion and evidence-based practices in bringing about positive changes. Her dedication to this path has grown stronger as she has witnessed and been inspired by the remarkable transformations in the children she works with, who have achieved milestones that were once deemed impossible. These experiences reinforce her resolve to remain steadfast in her pursuit of fostering meaningful growth in herself and the individuals she supports, regardless of the obstacles that may emerge along her path.
