As a dedicated and certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician and a recent psychology graduate, Phuong Anh has been an integral part of the Learning Strategies team since October 2023. She supports children with special needs under the guidance of the senior team, continually refining her skills to provide personalized support to children with a range of needs.
Phuong Anh’s unique blend of training in counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) enriches her approach to supporting children. She leverages her counseling background to provide empathetic care and unconditional positive regard, while her expertise in ABA allows her to implement evidence-based strategies that foster behavioral growth. Learning Strategies – Internship Programme
Learning Strategies (LS) offers a challenging and compelling Internship Training Programme for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in the field of education and mental health. The Programme is practical and hands-on and includes performance evaluation designed to support practicum learning and differentiate candidates on the basis of their capability and commitment. LS believes this prepares Interns for the requirements and demands of a career in mental health practice. The Programme is an initial stage of a continuous process of in-house learning and training that is at the core of LS approach to skills development and professional practice.
The Programme is managed out of the Learning Strategies Institute which was established in 2020 with a dedicated team to focus and systematize all training programmes within Learning Strategies and to support external training.
