Queenzy Paguirigan
Senior Advisor
Queenzy is originally from the Philippines and has joined Learning Strategies team since July 2019. Queenzy is a certified Applied Behavior Analysis Technician, and is now receiving intensive training in the applied behaviour analysis field to become a programme supervisor.
Queenzy brings her extensive experience and knowledge in working with young learners with a range of developmental and behavioural difficulties in delivering early intervention programmes, alongside with training parents and teachers on how to best support their child at home and school settings. Queenzy is now leading and providing ongoing hands-on training sessions to the junior advisors in the team.
Working as a behaviourist has brought her more than a career or development opportunities, it helped her become a better person as a whole. She gets to witness tremendous transformations and growth in the children she worked with and that gives her the motivation needed to keep learning and growing as a professional and a person. Queenzy believes that it’s always worth it to keep pursuing big dreams and that possibilities are endless.

Learning Strategies – Internship Programme
Learning Strategies (LS) offers a challenging and compelling Internship Training Programme for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in the field of education and mental health. The Programme is practical and hands-on and includes performance evaluation designed to support practicum learning and differentiate candidates on the basis of their capability and commitment. LS believes this prepares Interns for the requirements and demands of a career in mental health practice. The Programme is an initial stage of a continuous process of in-house learning and training that is at the core of LS approach to skills development and professional practice.
The Programme is managed out of the Learning Strategies Institute which was established in 2020 with a dedicated team to focus and systematize all training programmes within Learning Strategies and to support external training.
