Quynh Tram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, and completed her Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) certification through the QABA board in November 2025. She joined Learning Strategies Institute as a Programme Advisor in December 2025, bringing a strong academic foundation in child development and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
Tram has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as kindergarten-aged children, applying principles from both educational psychology and applied behaviour analysis to support each child’s development. She is particularly passionate about understanding each child’s individual needs, learning styles, and behaviours, and has built strong skills in supporting children’s learning in a structured and meaningful way. She communicates in both Vietnamese and English, and uses Makaton signs to further support children’s communication.
Driven by the belief that every child is unique and holds their own strengths and potential, Tram is committed to creating a supportive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and confident to explore and learn. She understands that each child develops at their own pace and walks alongside them with patience, care, and respect. This genuine passion for children’s growth is what brought her to the field and continues to guide her development as a practitioner.

Learning Strategies – Internship Programme
Learning Strategies (LS) offers a challenging and compelling Internship Training Programme for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in the field of education and mental health. The Programme is practical and hands-on and includes performance evaluation designed to support practicum learning and differentiate candidates on the basis of their capability and commitment. LS believes this prepares Interns for the requirements and demands of a career in mental health practice. The Programme is an initial stage of a continuous process of in-house learning and training that is at the core of LS approach to skills development and professional practice.
The Programme is managed out of the Learning Strategies Institute which was established in 2020 with a dedicated team to focus and systematize all training programmes within Learning Strategies and to support external training.
